Season 7 | New Horizons

This year’s camp is an invitation to step beyond the familiar and into new possibilities. Throughout the weekend, you’ll be encouraged to embrace curiosity, meaningful connection, playful adventure, and personal growth.

New Horizons is all about honoring the journey that led us to this point and embracing the beauty ahead.

Connected Camping is a substance-free experience. We’ve designed this weekend to support presence, clarity, and genuine connection with yourself and those around you. We ask that campers arrive and participate in a clear, grounded state so we can collectively create a safe and intentional environment for everyone.

A Weekend Designed With Intention

What’s Included?

  • 3 day, 2 night camping experience

  • Daily plant-based breakfast & dinner

  • Access to all workshops, group activities, and experiences

  • Small group sessions led by counselors

  • Breathwork, yoga, and wellness offerings

  • Recess, creative activations, and live music

  • On-site snack options throughout the day

What’s Not Included?

  • Tents, sleeping bags, and camping gear - Glamping Kits & standard tents available for rent!

  • Optional immersive vendor add-ons to enhance your weekend (aura photos, incense workshop)

  • Lunch (bring your own or explore one of our local food vendors available on-site)

  • Transportation to the campground (but we will have a private, community-led What’s App group to possibly coordinate carpooling options with other campers)

FRIDAY: ARRIVAL & OPENING

Check-In & Arrival | 1:00–6:00 PM

Enjoy a relaxed, block party style arrival experience with games, lake time, basketball, snacks, and opportunities to settle into camp. 

Welcome Gathering | 6:30–7:30 PM

Join us as we officially kick off the weekend, set intentions, and introduce the New Horizons theme.

Counselor Icebreaker Groups | 7:30–8:30 PM

Campers will meet their counselor group and begin building connections through light-hearted activities and conversation.

Dinner | 8:00–10:00 PM

Enjoy a shared meal and meaningful table conversations designed to spark connection.

Fireside Chats & Performance | 10:00 PM–12:00 AM

Gather around the fire for live music, storytelling, reflection, and community connection.

Quiet Hours Begin | 12:30 AM

SATURDAY: FULL EXPERIENCE DAY

Mindful Morning Activities | 9:00–10:00 AM

Small Group Workshops | 11:30 AM–12:30 PM

Midday Group Check-In | 5:30–6:00 PM

A collective gathering to reconnect, share announcements, and reset for the evening.

Recess: Group Play | 6:00–7:00 PM

An hour of playful competition, team challenges, and community fun.

Gratitude Circle | 7:00–7:15 PM

A brief grounding practice to reflect on the day together.

Dinner | 7:15–8:30 PM

Shared meal and community activities.

Full Moon Talent Show | 9:00–10:20 PM

An evening of creativity, performance, celebration, and self-expression.

Transformational Breathwork | 10:30–11:30 PM

A guided breathwork experience designed to help participants reflect, release, and reconnect.

Connected Campfire | 12:00 AM – Late (Optional)

Gather around the fire for relaxed conversation, connection, and s’mores.

Quiet Hours Begin | 12:30 AM

INTEGRATION & CLOSING

Mindful Morning Activities (Optional) | 9:00–10:00 AM

Choose from the same morning offerings and enjoy a final opportunity to slow down and connect.

Breakfast | 10:30–11:30 AM

Yoga & Free Time | 11:30 AM–12:30 PM

A gentle movement practice followed by time to enjoy camp before closing activities.

Group Photo | 12:00 PM

Connected Conversations | 12:30–2:00 PM

Small-group reflection and integration sessions focused on carrying the weekend experience forward.

Closing Ceremony | 2:30–3:30 PM

Our final gathering together, including reflections, community acknowledgments, awards, and a closing send-off as we prepare to head home.

Please do your best to be on time. We'll begin our first activity promptly at 6:30pm.

🚗 Upon your arrival you will be greeted at check-in and receive your

rental tent if you purchased one. You will also be directed to pick

up your t-shirt if you purchased one.

Come with an open heart 😌 We’ve got an incredible experience planned for you all - Unless the weather permits as unsafe, we’re there rain or shine! 

We just want to share a few last reminders:

  • Drink water at regular intervals, even when you don’t feel thirsty!

  • Electrolyte hydration (coconut water, liquid IV packs, watermelon juice) are highly recommended and especially if you feel dehydrated.

  • Pace yourself. Feel free to take breaks when being active at camp.

  • Bring a canteen/water bottle for water refills 

  • Pack sunscreen! We’ll be having some fun in the sun

  • Showers can also be taken in our bathroom facility to cool down if needed

  • Don’t be shy to get in the lake! Bring your bathing suit just in case you want to take a dip
